New UK PM Andy Burnham to focus on cost of living in first Downing Street speech

Andy Burnham, Britain's new Prime Minister, has signalled that his first speech at 10 Downing Street on July 20 will focus on the cost of living and domestic issues. Burnham secured the Labour Party leadership last week and will be invited to form a government by King Charles III. He becomes the seventh UK prime minister in ten years.
