June flat deliveries up, but first half of 2026 worst for housing since 2018

Developer housing completions rose sharply in June 2026, according to Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS), suggesting a recovery after earlier weak months. However, the first half of 2026 as a whole was the worst six-month period for housing completions since 2018. New construction starts remain average, though building permits granted look more promising.
