One Hour of Informal Learning Raises Wages by 0.5%, Polish Agency Finds

According to a report by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), one hour of informal learning translates into a 1% increase in worker productivity and a 0.5% rise in wages. In Poland, 50.5% of employees engage in informal forms of education. The findings suggest that upskilling directly and measurably boosts earnings.
