Squalls on Lake Żywiec: lifeguards evacuated 61 people in 26 rescues

Strong winds and squalls capsized kayaks, SUP boards and sailing boats on Lake Żywiec and Lake Międzybrodzkie near Żywiec over the weekend. Lifeguards from the WOPR rescue service carried out 26 interventions and evacuated a total of 61 people. No casualties were reported.
