Ukrainian man arrested for knife attack at Łemkowska Watra festival in Zdynia

A 46-year-old Ukrainian man who stabbed several people at the Łemkowska Watra festival in Zdynia has been charged on four counts and remanded in custody for two months. He faces up to 10 years in prison. The suspect admitted to the acts but was unable to explain his behaviour.
