Lithuania Warns Russia May Escalate and Target NATO Critical Infrastructure
Lithuanian Defence Minister Robertas Kaunas warns that Russian setbacks in Ukraine could push Moscow to dramatically escalate the conflict, including provocations targeting NATO critical infrastructure. Intelligence agencies in the region are sounding the alarm about this risk. Lithuania has already taken steps to urgently strengthen protection of strategic facilities and coordinate with allies.
