God of War series recast Kratos after actor suffers serious on-set injury

The actor playing Kratos in the live-action God of War series suffered a serious injury on set, forcing him out of the production entirely. The studios behind the adaptation have decided to recast the lead role rather than wait for his recovery. Filming has been halted while a new Kratos is found.
