Bieszczady Dark Skies: Milky Way and Perseids Visible to the Naked Eye

The Bieszczady mountains are one of the few places in Poland where dark skies allow the Milky Way and the Perseid meteor shower to be seen with the naked eye. The region is protected from light pollution, making it a unique destination for astronomy enthusiasts. The Perseids peak each year around mid-August.
