Courts overturn KPO grant assessments for Poland's culture sector

Dozens of administrative court rulings have exposed serious irregularities in the distribution of National Recovery Plan (KPO) funds for Poland's culture sector. Experts appointed to assess grant applications made procedural errors that effectively blocked disbursement of the money. The findings were reported by the portal Zero.pl.
