19-year-old with driving ban rammed a police car and tried to flee

Police attempted to stop a 19-year-old who was driving despite a court-imposed ban on operating motor vehicles. The man refused to stop, rammed a police car, damaging it, and then attempted to flee. He was ultimately apprehended by officers.
