Hyperliquid's HIP-4 Enables Permissionless Outcome Markets with 500K HYPE Stake

Hyperliquid's HIP-4 proposal will allow the permissionless deployment of outcome markets on the platform. Deployers must stake 500,000 HYPE tokens and can collect up to 50% of fees from validator-aligned markets.
