Polish job market picks up pace ahead of a positive second half of 2026

Following a rise in job postings in Q2 2026, Polish employer sentiment remains positive, with the second half of the year expected to be equally active, according to Grupa Pracuj COO Rafał Nachyna. Demand for IT specialists is growing, while sales and customer service roles are also gaining importance. The recruitment market is accelerating after a slower period.
