Poles oppose mandatory conscription but back military training for all

A majority of Poles are opposed to reinstating mandatory military conscription, according to a new IBRiS poll for Rzeczpospolita. At the same time, respondents strongly support compulsory military training for both women and men. The results show a clear distinction in public opinion between full conscription and broader defence preparedness training.
