Polish consumer watchdog probes Collegium Humanum and WSKZ over fake courses and illegal fees

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has opened proceedings against the former Collegium Humanum and Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego. Both institutions are accused of failing to deliver their declared curricula and charging students illegal fees for withdrawing from contracts. The potential fine can reach 10 percent of each school's annual turnover.
