Polish housing price index rises but some cities see price drops

Poland's housing market is entering a stabilisation phase, with the overall price index still rising but local price corrections appearing more frequently in major cities. The gap between asking prices and actual transaction prices is also widening. Only the land market remains resilient, with prices continuing to rise strongly.
