Short-term rental flats moving to long-term market – rents may fall
Tenants in Poland currently enjoy the widest choice of rental flats in several years, with their bargaining position notably strengthened. Properties previously offered as short-term tourist rentals are now entering the long-term rental market. In some locations, rents are beginning to fall in response to the growing supply.
