Wade, MVG, Anderson and Van Veen advance in World Matchplay first round

James Wade beat Jermaine Wattimena 10-7 to advance to the second round of the World Matchplay darts tournament at Blackpool's Winter Gardens. MVG, Anderson and Van Veen also picked up first-round wins. The World Matchplay is one of the most prestigious events on the PDC calendar.
