Prof. Sadurski proposes new Constitutional Tribunal formed by 7 parliament-elected judges

Constitutional law professor Wojciech Sadurski has proposed that the seven Constitutional Tribunal judges elected by the current parliament constitute themselves as the legitimate Tribunal. He says at least two PiS-nominated judges may join them, potentially giving the group enough members to function. The plan is aimed at breaking the prolonged deadlock over the Tribunal's legitimacy.
