Poland's Supreme Admin Court: 800+ benefit can go to one parent in shared custody

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) issued a landmark ruling on the 800+ child benefit. In shared custody cases, the benefit is not automatically split equally if only one parent applied. Full payment to one parent is lawful if both parents consented and the money served the child's needs.
