Both Russia and Ukraine face growing forced mobilisation problems

After more than four years of war, both Russia and Ukraine are struggling with dwindling volunteer numbers and mounting recruitment difficulties. High casualties and war fatigue are pushing both governments to resort to increasingly questionable methods of conscription, including forced recruitment. The problem is worsening on both sides of the conflict.
