MLS reschedules Lewandowski's Chicago Fire match to Oct 6 — day after Poland game

Robert Lewandowski's eagerly awaited Chicago Fire debut was cancelled after the match against Vancouver Whitecaps was called off due to wildfire smoke from Canada. The MLS has rescheduled the fixture for 6 October, the day after Poland face Bosnia and Herzegovina in a national team match. Chicago Fire officials have already said they will push for Lewandowski's early return from Europe.
