Zelensky announces opening of Ukrainian archives on Volhynia massacres
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on 17 July that Ukraine will open the archives of the Security Service (SBU) and Foreign Intelligence Service relating to what he called "tragic 20th-century events in Volhynia."
