Lebanese food influencer Georges Dib sentenced to life for smuggling drugs in biscuits

Georges Dib, a Lebanese food influencer known as Dr Food, has been sentenced in absentia to life with hard labour. A Lebanese court found him guilty of smuggling drugs concealed inside biscuits. Dib was not present in Lebanon when the verdict was handed down.
