Bentley has developed a bespoke sound system for its upcoming electric vehicle that mimics the rumble of a V8 engine using orchestral drums. Engineers determined that rhythm is the most critical component of engine sound, making percussion instruments central to the system. The approach aims to preserve the emotional driving experience associated with Bentley's combustion-engined models.
