Warsaw flat prices drop — capital is the only major Polish city seeing secondary market falls

Warsaw is the only major Polish city to record a drop in secondary housing market prices, according to the Polish Economic Institute. Mortgage availability has improved at the same time. Despite the fall, a square metre in Warsaw's secondary market still costs on average 4,000 PLN more than in the six other largest Polish cities.
