Minecraft: Java Edition switches to SDL3 library

Minecraft: Java Edition snapshot 26.3 introduces support for the SDL3 library, replacing the previous input and windowing solution. The change aims to improve cross-platform handling of input, audio and window management. The update is available for testing in the snapshot channel.
