Warsaw office vacancy near historic low as demand surges

Modern office space in Warsaw totalled approximately 6.23 million sq m at the end of June 2026, according to the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate. Vacancies have dropped sharply, with the city centre almost fully leased, reflecting strong demand for central office space.
