Sainz takes grid penalty at Belgian GP after power unit change

Carlos Sainz has been handed a grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix after fitting new power unit elements following qualifying. He becomes the fifth driver to receive such a penalty for the Spa weekend. The drop places him further back on the starting grid for Sunday's race.
