Carlos Sainz drops 10 places on the GP Belgium grid for engine change

Carlos Sainz has become the fifth Formula 1 driver to receive a 10-place grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps, after his team replaced a power unit component. Four other drivers had already received similar penalties ahead of the same race.
