Kadyrov threatens NATO: "Time to open fire"

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov posted on Telegram that "the time has come to open fire" on NATO states supplying Ukraine with weapons and intelligence. He called on Russia to use military force immediately and said his elite Akhmat special forces units are fully ready. They are only awaiting an order from President Putin to move against the West.
