Galaxy Watch 9 looks great but still lacks Garmin's Body Battery feature
Samsung is rolling out the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 with an upgraded Health app featuring a fitness index, vitals monitoring and hearing health tracking. However, the author remains unwilling to switch from Garmin because no competitor has yet replicated Body Battery — a single number summarising the day's activity and recovery. Until Samsung offers a comparable feature, Garmin retains the edge for dedicated fitness tracking users.
