Russia fires ~40 ballistic missiles at Kyiv in war's largest such attack

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha reported that Russia fired approximately 40 ballistic missiles at Kyiv in what he described as the largest such attack since the war began. Sybiha called Vladimir Putin a "coward" and urged the West to respond decisively. President Zelensky tallied that in the space of one week Russia used roughly 1,450 strike drones, over 1,640 guided bombs and 99 missiles of various types against Ukraine.
