Drunk driver with 2.8‰ BAC stopped by citizens on A1 motorway near Częstochowa
A 37-year-old man with two court-imposed driving bans and nearly 3‰ blood alcohol level caused a collision with a truck on the A1 motorway near Częstochowa. Moments earlier he had nearly rammed a car carrying a professional soldier and his family on holiday. Witnesses, including a TVN24 crew, blocked the vehicle and prevented the drunk driver from fleeing or swapping seats with a passenger. The aggressive man was handed over to police.
