Family loan above the tax threshold? File form PCC-3 within 14 days

Loans from parents are exempt from civil law transaction tax in Poland, but once the cumulative amount from one parent exceeds the statutory threshold, the borrower must file a PCC-3 declaration within 14 days of the agreement. The transfer of funds must also be properly documented, ideally via bank transfer. Failing to meet these formalities can result in tax penalties.
