Knifeman charged after stabbing councillor at Lemko festival in Zdynia

A 46-year-old man has been charged with bodily harm after stabbing Andrzej Barna, a councillor of Gorlice County in the Małopolska region, during the Lemko Culture Festival (Łemkowska Watra) in Zdynia. Barna was taken to hospital and after his release said he was "safe and sound."
