Zakopane's apartments cost ~35,000 PLN/sqm — pricier than Warsaw

Apartment prices in Poland's top 10 tourist resorts exceed the Warsaw average, according to a RynekPierwotny.pl report. Zakopane leads the ranking with an average developer price of nearly 35,000 PLN per square metre. Growing demand for holiday properties is pushing resort prices above those seen in the capital.
