PGZ acquires 28.5% stake in Jelcz to fund new factory and boost military vehicle output

Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) has become a direct shareholder in Jelcz, acquiring a 28.5% stake in the company, as disclosed by Huta Stalowa Wola in its activity report. The capital injection is intended to fund construction of a new factory and expand Jelcz's production capacity. Jelcz is one of Poland's most important suppliers of chassis for rocket, anti-aircraft and artillery systems.
