Prof. Zoll: Nawrocki and Święczkowski violating constitution by blocking Constitutional Tribunal judges
Former Constitutional Tribunal president Prof. Andrzej Zoll told TVN24 that Bogdan Święczkowski is breaking the law by barring four properly elected Tribunal judges from ruling, and should be held accountable. Zoll also stated that President Karol Nawrocki is "openly violating the constitution." The situation has triggered a serious constitutional crisis in Poland.
