Father sued school counsellor over Blue Card report — 10-year-old Zuzia stopped being asked about abuse

Seven-year-old Zuzia told her school that her mother beat her and that she held a bucket for her father when he vomited from alcohol. The school and social services intervened, but the girl's father sued the school counsellor for filing a Blue Card domestic abuse report. After the lawsuit, institutions stopped acting — Zuzia is now ten and no one asks her anymore what happens at home.
