From 31 July EU's Right to Repair directive gives consumers new electronics repair rights

The EU's Right to Repair directive comes into force on 31 July 2026, significantly affecting the market for household appliance and electronics repairs. Polish consumer protection law is currently being amended to implement the new rules. The directive aims to extend the lifespan of devices and reduce the growing volume of electronic waste across the EU.
