2,200-Year-Old Settlement in Azerbaijan Linked to Alexander the Great's Death

Archaeologists have uncovered the remains of an extensive settlement dating back roughly 2,200 years near the village of Urakaran in the Yardımlı district of south-eastern Azerbaijan. Research suggests the site is connected to events that followed the death of Alexander the Great.
