Giant cake made for 3,000 Venezuelan child survivors as quake death toll tops 5,000

Volunteers baked a giant cake to cheer up around 3,000 Venezuelan children displaced by last month's powerful twin earthquakes. The death toll from the disaster has now passed 5,000. The gesture was aimed at bringing some comfort to the youngest survivors of the catastrophe.
