Orbán cheers "God save Hungary" as constitutional amendment ends President Sulyok's term early

Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok signed a constitutional amendment that will end his own term the day after it is published. Prime Minister Viktor Orbán reacted with the words "Today the last barrier has fallen" and "God save Hungary!" The change effectively removes Sulyok from office ahead of schedule, after he had previously blocked some government measures.
