Ukraine to speed up archive access for Volhynia massacre researchers
The head of Ukraine's Institute of National Remembrance, Oleksandr Alfiorov, told Polish Radio that permits for exhumations of Volhynia massacre victims will be issued immediately. Ukrainian President Zelensky had earlier announced additional authorisations for such work. Poland has described the move as "a step forward" in addressing the historical tragedy.
