Żurek: prosecution regulations were drafted by National Prosecution, not Justice Ministry
Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek clarified on Saturday that the draft regulations for common prosecution units were not prepared by the Ministry of Justice but by the Presidial Bureau of the National Prosecution Office. The final shape of the regulations will be decided after reviewing incoming opinions and positions.
