Norris qualifies third at Spa but drops to 13th on grid due to penalty

Lando Norris delivered what he described as one of his best qualifying laps to claim third place at the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps. However, a grid penalty will demote him to 13th place on the starting grid for race day. Norris was clearly pleased with the lap itself despite the penalty's impact on his starting position.
