Corrimony Chambered Cairn: A 4,000-Year-Old Scottish Bronze Age Tomb

Corrimony Chambered Cairn, located in Glen Urquhart in the Scottish Highlands, is a Bronze Age burial monument dating back over 4,000 years. The circular stone structure, roughly 15 metres in diameter, features a passage leading to a central burial chamber and is ringed by eleven standing stones. Excavations in 1952 uncovered traces of a single crouched burial and a bone pin, though acidic soil had dissolved the human remains.
