Wolff: Part of Russell's Belgian GP qualifying deficit is not his fault

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff admitted that part of George Russell's qualifying deficit to teammate Kimi Antonelli at the Belgian Grand Prix was "not his fault". Wolff did not specify which external factors contributed to Russell's gap to the younger driver.
