Paracetamol during pregnancy not linked to adverse birth outcomes, study finds

A study from the University of North Carolina's School of Public Health found no link between acetaminophen (paracetamol) use during pregnancy and adverse birth outcomes. The findings challenge previous concerns about the safety of one of the most widely used painkillers among pregnant women. Researchers say the results should offer some reassurance to expectant mothers and their doctors.
