Majority of flat owners cannot unilaterally establish a property easement

Even if a majority of flat owners in a building consider establishing a property easement beneficial, they cannot impose it on the shared property without unanimous consent. An easement, as a limited property right, cannot be decided by majority vote alone. All co-owners must agree before such an encumbrance can be placed on the property.
